Welcome to Verodial. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products and services. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. Questions: support@verodial.com
1. General Information
Verodial is an international online store selling men’s watches from independent watchmakers.
By using our website, you confirm that:
- You are of legal age to make online purchases in your country
- The information you provide is accurate, current and complete
- You will not use the website for illegal or fraudulent activities
We may refuse service, cancel orders or limit purchases where we detect suspicious or abusive behaviour.
2. Products and Availability
Our watches are selected for their specifications and value. The brand printed on the dial is the brand of the watch’s maker. Verodial is the store that selects and sells them.
- Some products have limited availability
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen
- Gold-coloured watches have a gold-tone finish on steel or alloy and are not made of solid gold, unless the product page states otherwise
- Specifications are listed as provided by the maker. Where a detail is unconfirmed, the product page says so
- Descriptions, prices and availability may be updated without prior notice
We may discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in euros or in your local currency, depending on your location. Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards and other online payment options depending on your country. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Verodial ships worldwide.
- Free Standard Shipping – estimated delivery 5–20 business days
- Priority Shipping (paid) – estimated delivery 5–12 business days
Delivery times vary with the destination country, customs clearance, peak seasons and logistics conditions outside our control. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting support@verodial.com. Products must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also keep their statutory 14-day right to cancel.
6. Manufacturing Defects
If a watch has a manufacturing defect, you can request assistance within 90 days of receiving it. After evaluation, we will offer a replacement, a repair or a refund.
7. Watch Warranty
All Verodial watches include a 12-month (1-year) warranty against manufacturing defects.
Verodial Lifetime Guarantee – Pagani Design Pantheon line. Watches from the Pagani Design Pantheon line are covered for life against manufacturing defects and movement faults under normal use.
The warranty and the Lifetime Guarantee cover:
- Movement faults
- Assembly defects
- Internal functionality problems
They do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops or impacts
- Water damage beyond the water resistance stated on the product page
- Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic wear
- Batteries in quartz watches after the first 12 months
To make a warranty claim, contact support@verodial.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a short video.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Verodial website, including our logo, texts, photographs and design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Watch brands and model names belong to their respective owners. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Verodial is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or external factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes or logistics disruptions. We will still do our best to help you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
