01 — The idea
A chronograph should do more than look busy
Plenty of watches print small dials on the face and leave it at that.
This one has the pushers and the movement to back them up: start, stop and time something, then read the result on the counters. The design is loud, but every part of it has a job.
02 — Design
Black, silver and ice blue
A black bezel numbered every five minutes frames a black dial with fine horizontal lines.
The counter at 9 o'clock is picked out in ice blue, and the same blue runs through the hands and the minute track. A date window sits at 4:30.
Applied silver markers and broad luminous hands keep it readable, and the silver bracelet balances all the black.
