This one keeps the shape and leaves out everything else: no chronograph, no extra dials. Just a clean, textured dial with three hands and a date, on a soft strap you can wear all day.

Yes. The supplier places it in the 45–49 mm range, which is large. It is also light, at 84 g, so it wears comfortably for its size.
Does it have a stopwatch?
No. It shows hours, minutes, seconds and the date. If you want a stopwatch, the Pintime 42mm has a working chronograph in a barrel-shaped case.
Can I wear it in the shower?
No. It is rated 3 bar, which covers splashes and rain, not showering or swimming.
